1. Introduction
Welcome to ISCCP Academy, an online learning platform developed and maintained by the Indian Society of Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology (ISCCP). By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
This platform is intended for MBBS students, interns, postgraduate medical students, healthcare professionals including nurses, family medicine practitioners, OBG specialists, and medical officers. Users must register with accurate personal and professional details to access the training modules.

3. Course Access and Completion
– The course consists of six sequential training modules.
– Access to each module is granted upon successful completion of the previous one, including video viewing and assessment.
– Participants must achieve a minimum cumulative score of 80% across all assessments to receive the certificate.

4. Certificate Issuance
Upon successful completion, a digital certificate bearing the participant’s name and a unique certificate ID will be auto-generated. ISCCP reserves the right to revoke any certificate in case of misconduct or falsified registration.

5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
– Share login credentials or certificate IDs
– Misuse, copy, or distribute any course content without prior permission
– Attempt to manipulate the quiz system or falsely complete the modules

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, assessments, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of ISCCP and may not be reproduced or redistributed without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
ISCCP Academy provides training content for educational purposes only. We do not assume responsibility for any clinical or professional decisions based on the training.

8. Modification of Terms
ISCCP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
